We provide general information about resume formatting and links to editable document templates. Guidance about ATS software reflects practical considerations but cannot account for every platform or every employer. We do not make hiring decisions, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee interviews, candidate rankings, or job offers.
Your responsibility for applications
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your resume, removing sample details, choosing the correct version for an application, and following the employer's file-upload requirements. You should not represent sample accomplishments, qualifications, or employers in a template as your own if they are not true.
Availability and outside services
We aim to keep template pages and available download links accurate, but software services, sharing permissions, and file formats can change. Documents opened in Google Docs or Word are also subject to the applicable software provider's terms. We may correct or retire pages and links when necessary.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, artwork, and document layouts may be subject to different rights and licenses. Access to a free template for personal resume editing does not automatically authorize resale or bulk republication. Read our template usage policy and contact us for permissions outside ordinary personal job-search use.
